Online courses «Korean for beginners» are now available again on the Open edX platform in a convenient new four-part format.
Learners will have to master reading, basic vocabulary and grammar skills. Also, animated characters voiced by native speakers will help them develop listening comprehension skills in Korean.
Additionally, students will learn interesting facts about the culture, traditions and Korean etiquette, which are indispensable for studying Oriental languages. Also, they will practise and consolidate the material at the end of each module.

ВИЧ — инфекция — хроническое, длительно протекающее заболевание, которое по¬ражает иммунную (защитную) систему организма человека. Иммунная система постепенно становится не способной защищать организм от микробов, которые не опасны для здоровых людей.
ВИЧ передается:
при незащищенных половых контактах с ВИЧ-положительным партнером;
при использовании игл и шприцев, колющих и режущих предметов, загрязненных кровью ВИЧ-положительных людей;
а также от ВИЧ-инфицированной матери к ребенку:
-во время беременности,
-в родах,
-при грудном вскармливании.
Важно для сохранения здоровья, как матери, так и будущего ребенка раннее обращение беременной женщины в женскую консультацию и Ульяновский областной Центр по профилактике и борьбе со СПИД и инфекционными заболеваниями. Это по-зволит выявить заболевания и вовремя назначить лечение. Для выявления ВИЧ-инфекции беременной необходимо пройти тестирование на ВИЧ.
Обследование на ВИЧ может пройти каждый человек. Оно проводится доб-ровольно с дотестовым и послетестовым консультированием.
Беременная женщина проходит данное обследование три раза:
-при постановке на учет,
-в 30 недель,
-при поступлении в роды.
Если беременная женщина ВИЧ-положительна и хочет сохранить бере-менность, ей необходимо знать, что риск передачи ВИЧ ребенку довольно высок, но его можно свести к минимуму. Поэтому она должна обратиться за консультацией в Областной центр по профилактике и борьбе со СПИД и инфекционными заболеваниями.
Существуют следующие способы снижения передачи ВИЧ от матери к ребенку:
-трехэтапная профилактика специальными препаратами (во время беременности, в родах, после родов ребенку),
-способ родоразрешения (естественным путем или кесарево сечение),
-отказ от грудного вскармливания.
Лекарства для снижения риска за-ражения ребенка ВИЧ назначают обычно с 28 недели беременности, но иногда лечение начинают раньше этого срока. Оптимальное время начала рекомендует врач-инфек-ционист или акушер-гинеколог Центра СПИД.
Необходимые противовирусные ле-карства, обследование и консультацию можно бесплатно получить в Центре СПИД.
Врач подробно объяснит, как нужно принимать препараты. ВАЖНО принимать лекарства регулярно, не пропуская ни одного приема — от этого зависит здоровье Вашего будущего ребенка.
Не скрывайте свой статус при поступле¬нии в роды, обсудите способ родоразрешения с врачом, от этого зависит здоровье Вашего ребенка.
Исключите грудное вскармливание ре-бенка, так как в грудном молоке содержится много вируса. Кормить ребенка следует только адаптированными смесями. По воп-росам вскармливания можно обратиться к педиатру по месту жительства или Центра СПИД.
Новорожденному ребенку в родильном доме будут назначены лекарства, которые необходимо давать до 6 — недельного возраста. Доза рассчитывается в зависимости от веса ребенка. ВАЖНО строго соблюдать рекомендации врача и не пропускать приемы лекарства.
Ребенок, рожденный от ВИЧ-инфи-цированной матери наблюдается в Центре СПИД до 18-месячного возраста. Для установления окончательного диагноза ребенку нужно пройти исследования и осмотр у педиатра в Центре СПИД.
Если женщина с ВИЧ принимает противовирусные препараты во время беременности и родов, дает лекарство ребенку, не кормит грудью, то риск передачи ВИЧ снижается до 2 — 8%.
